All things differently

I don't feel angry at all..I just feel tired and terribly tired. But work is kickass, so much to fashion and so many people doing such wonders that it motivates me to be better, do better, think better. Interns with starry eyes come to me and when I tell them we;re working late hours they feel bad and go away...and then I remember how much I was overworked as an intern and I try and offer them some other easier placements.

There's a difference in being harsh and being firm. I hope I do not cross from firm to harsh. From strong to rigid. From assertive to aggressive. From composed to out of control. It's been ages simply ages since I lost my temper in a white hot, straight to your head way. I'm more the irritated, exasperated soul right now. I'd like to think I'm being in control.

But sometimes I badly want to feel, just feel. Anything to pierce this lack of feeling, this machinery.

I think Paoli Dam looks like a vulture.
