Where the mind thinks a lot

Where you can hear the wheel turning,

Confusion abounds there

Simplicity is often the way out

Too complicated makes for tough living

Too easy means lowering your standards

Love isn't easy, and it changes definitions

With every new person that we meet

Like maggie in runaway bride

I end up liking new eggs

for every new person that i meet

Work is god..God is work

And people are here to yell at you

You run, sprain your ankle and you walk and you jog

But it's not enough..not enough

Coz somebody, somwhere ...everyday is much better

So you try harder and push yourself

Till there's no room for mistakes

Till your heart and mind are focused

On one and only thing

And you try and try

You fall back and get up

Coz with every fall, you know you won't do it again

And you learn and learn...till you feel you know everything

And then....you start all over again

Still more..and always more

And one fine day, you say " Enough"!

I want to explore, I want a break

I want time out

And you mean to go..you really want to

But there's the bills to pay and kids to feed

And the car insurance and home loans

And you stay where you are, saying

"Mebbe next year"

And the years keep on adding on

So if you're smart and life loving

You take a day off..and discover

Even if it's your own city

And you feel the simple pleasures

And life's little moments

And you cherish them

Along with the old and new

The bad and good

You dream..and for that moment

You live...for you

So that when tommorow comes

You can go back

To being a provider, a father, a keeper

A machine

But for today - You live
